The School Day Timings

8.35 am Our doors are opened and the children are welcomed at the start of the new school day in their classroom by their teacher.

8.45 am Registers are taken and learning activities for the day begin. 

10.30 am Morning Break - we encourage all children to eat fruit or vegetables as a snack and KS1 children are provided with fruit.  This is an important time for the children to play and mix with children from other classes.

10.45 am Learning activities continue.

12.00 midday (KS1) 12.15 pm (KS2) Lunchtime - we offer a healthy school lunch or alternatively the children can bring packed lunches.  Excellent behaviour and table manners are expected.  Our friendy team of lunchtime supervisors make sure that the children are happy and helped to develop their play skills.  

1.00 pm (KS1) 1.15 pm (KS2) Learning activities continue in the afternoon.  Children from KS1 are provided with an afternoon break.

3.15 pm School finishes.  A school bus is available for children living within the catchment area. 

There is a daily Collective Worship - the timings of this vary from day to day.
